We will inform you of the cost and the most convenient payment methods based on your country of residence. We offer several options:

- International transfers: Palla, Remitly, TapTap, Western Union, Revolut or any app that allows deposits to a Nequi digital wallet.

- Digital platforms: PayPal.

- Domestic transfers: payments between Colombian banks.

- Cash: available in Bogotá.

Once the payment is confirmed, we'll send you the confirmation and the link to schedule your classes.

We offer two modalities:

1) Fixed schedule: if you always take the same number of hours on the same days, we coordinate the classes through Google Calendar and send you an invitation.

2) Flexible schedule: we share a link where you can see the teachers' availability and book the time that best suits you.

It is not mandatory to follow a fixed schedule. You can take the classes in your package whenever you'd like, with one condition: the hours in the monthly plan must be used within the month following your first class, and those in the annual plan, within the year following the start date.

Each plan is designed for a single student, as the classes are personalized. If you need plans for several people — for example, a parent who wants classes for two of their children — you will need to purchase a separate plan for each student. If instead you'd like a plan to take with more than one person at the same time, you can ask about our group plans.

No. Teachers select resources and topics based on each student's needs, so there is no need to purchase any additional materials — you just need a good attitude toward learning during class and clear communication about your goals throughout the learning process.

It depends on each individual case, as there are many factors at play. What influences progress the most is consistency and commitment: the more regular your practice, the faster and more sustained your progress will be.

Whenever possible, you will be assigned a teacher who accompanies your learning journey on an ongoing basis. However, you may have several teachers throughout your training, either due to scheduling availability or because you'd like to explore different teaching methodologies

You can cancel or reschedule a class without any issue, as long as you do so at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute cancellations are counted as a completed class, since the teacher sets aside that time for you and another student cannot take it
